Cancellation Policy

GRACE MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENTS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed.

If a customer applies to cancel the order before the order is dispatched. A transactional fee (2-3% of the total amount) will be deducted and the rest will be refunded to the customer.

The products and services available on the website include the number of days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer's bank account. (e.g. 5-7 working days)

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by GRACE MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENTS for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
