Terms & Conditions

- All product should have Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending it to us for service/repair.


- Warranty covers the defects resulting from defective parts, materials, or manufacturing. Physical damage and power-related issues will not be covered under warranty.


- We offer a Carry-in-warranty. Customers will be responsible for shipping their defective devices to our service center. (Both to and fro)


- It's mandatory to submit a copy of the invoice to claim the warranty.
